Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy of the Website is addressed to the people who use it, hereinafter referred to as Users. It presents the scope of data concerning personal identification of the User that are collected by the Website owner, as well as the mechanisms ensuring the User`s privacy (resulting from legal regulations). The Privacy Policy also fulfils the requirement to disclose information to the person whom the data concern (the User).

2) Method of data collection

Users` data may be collected automatically by the server.

3) Data usage

Users` data are used for the purposes of site administration, website traffic statistics, management of the site`s content. Users` data are not shared with other entities, excluding entities authorised on the basis of respective legal provisions.

5) Information disclosure requirement

a. The Controller of personal data of the Website Users is PTS “AUTOZAK” Sp. z o.o. (47-223 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, ul. Mostowa 30e)
b. The User`s personal data are processed for the purposes described in point 3 of the Privacy Policy.
c. Each User has the right to access the content of his/her data, as well as the possibility to correct them
d. Provision of data is non-obligatory

6) Cookie policy.

a) Cookie files are computer data files, particularly text files, which are stored in the Website User`s data terminal equipment and are intended for use of the Website`s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of their storage on the device and a unique number.

b) The entity placing cookies on the data terminal equipment of the Website User and gaining access to them is the Website owner

c) The cookies mechanism is not used to obtain any information on the Website Users or to track their navigation. Cookie files used on the Website do not store any personal data or other information collected from Users and are used for statistical purposes.

d) By default, the software used for browsing websites (the browser) permits handling of cookies on the User`s device on which it is opened. In most cases, software can be configured in this respect on your own, including but not limited to forcing automatic blocking of cookies. Issues related to configuration of the cookies handling method can be found in the software settings (of web browsers). It should be taken into consideration that restriction of cookies may impact the operation of some functionalities of the Website.

e) Cookies are used to adjust the content of the Website`s pages to the User`s preferences, as well as to optimise the pages` use; in particular, these files make allow for recognising the Website User`s device and display the Website in an appropriate manner adapted to the User`s individual needs; creating statistics that help understand how the Website Users use websites, which enables improvement in their structure and content;

f) The Website uses two main types of cookies: "session" and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored in the Website User`s data terminal equipment until the User leaves the Website or closes his/her software (the web browser). Persistent cookie files are stored in the User`s data terminal equipment for the time specified in cookie parameters or until their removal by the User.

g) The Website uses the following types of cookies: cookies used to provide safety, "efficiency" cookies that enable collection of information on the method of use of the Website`s pages; "functional" cookies enabling "saving" of settings selected by the User and personalisation of the User`s interface;

7) Links to other websites placed on the Website

The Website owner hereby informs that the Website contains links to other websites. The Website owner recommends familiarising with privacy policies binding on these sites, as he is not liable for them.

8) Protection of Users` data on the Website

Description of technical and organisational security measures is included in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the Website owner. In particular, the following security measures are used: a) Site administration is accessed with the use of an authentication mechanism

9) Information on changes in the Privacy Policy

In the case of changes in the presently valid Privacy Policy, appropriate modifications in the content of the Privacy Policy will be introduced.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The processing of Customers` personal data is necessary for the provision of services.
Legal basis:
Article 6 (1)(b) of GDPR

Your data may also be processed for the purposes of keeping accounting books and for tax settlements.

Your data may be processed in order for the data controller to defend rights and pursue claims in connection with his operations.

PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE

Your data will be stored for a period defined in legal regulations, i.e. 6 years from the end of cooperation

DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data to the order of the controller, among others, IT service suppliers and to other processing entities - such entities process data under an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with instructions of the controller.

Furthermore, if you express your permission for communication for marketing purposes, your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data to the order of the controller, among others, IT service suppliers or marketing agencies to which the data controller belongs, and such entities process data under an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with instructions of the controller.

TRANSFER OF DATA BEYOND EEA

Your personal data may be transferred to recipients located in countries beyond the European Economic Area. In such a case, data will be transferred on the basis of a respective agreement between the data controller and the recipient, which will contain standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON WHOM THE DATA CONCERN

You shall have the right to:
• access your personal data – obtain a confirmation from the controller on whether your personal data are processed, and if they are - obtain access to them and be provided with information in the scope as stipulated in Article 15 of GDPR.
• correct your personal data – request the controller to immediately correct personal data that are not correct, supplement incomplete personal data.
• remove your personal data - request the administrator to immediately remove your personal data, if one of the premises specified in Article 17 of GDPR has been satisfied, among others, if personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected. The right to remove data may be restricted due to the data controller`s responsibilities. You may also request the controller to send your personal data directly to another controller if it is technically possible.
• file an objection against personal data processing in cases specified in Article 21 of GDPR.

You shall have the right to file a complaint to the supervision authority dealing with personal data protection.

INFORMATION ABOUT VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA

Provision of personal data is a condition necessary to conclude an agreement. Refusal to provide data may be the basis for failure to conclude the agreement. Provision of data is also necessary to issue a bill or an invoice.

Provision of data for marketing purposes is entirely voluntary.

Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making.
